Page Group, a FTSE 250 recruitment leader with more than 8,000 Salesforce users across 37 countries, had experienced challenges with previous, unsucessful adoption rollouts.

The business needed to:

1. Drive adoption at scale
2. Measure how the system was being used
3. Reduce staff turnover by making Salesforce easier and more rewarding to use.

Solution

Working with CapGemini, Bullhorn, and Unaric Guide, Page Group implemented an in-platform engagement layer.

More than 200 help topics were created, offering contextual, role-based guidance in the flow of work. A central Help Index, authoring tools, and targeted in-app alerts made it simple for different markets to adapt content quickly, while keeping communications consistent across the organisation.

Results

By embedding help and guidance directly into Salesforce, Page Group created a smoother, more supportive experience for its global workforce.

Adoption could be measured and improved, while different markets gained the flexibility to adapt text and media content locally.

The approach gave users confidence, improved retention, and positioned Salesforce as a tool that worked for them.
