Brambles, a global logistics company, wanted to replace traditional in-person training sessions with training delivered directly inside Salesforce. Solution
Brambles partnered with Unaric Guide to embed training directly within Salesforce. In-app guides and walkthroughs gave users quick, just-in-time learning, tailored to their role, skill, and language. Multi-language and modular content made it easy to adapt training across divisions, while integration with existing systems ensured continuity.
The platform offered built-in reporting to track adoption and compliance, plus modular content to boost engagement. By delivering training in the flow of work, Brambles tackled the “Forgetting Curve,” ensuring knowledge was reinforced and retained long after initial onboarding.
Results
The move to 'zero classroom training' was achieved faster than expected, with strong uptake across the business.
