Automatic Missed Call Tracking
Unaric Voice automatically detects and records missed calls, ensuring that every unanswered inbound call is logged in Salesforce. These entries are saved as call activities and can include the call result Missed Call, providing visibility into who reached out, when, and which record the attempt is linked to.
This allows teams to prioritize timely follow-up and avoid dropped opportunities.
On-Screen Notifications
A missed call indicator appears in the Unaric Voice utility bar, giving agents a real-time alert inside Salesforce.
Missed calls are highlighted in the call history with a red marker, making it easy for users to identify and follow up. This ensures agents remain aware of unanswered calls, even if they weren’t actively on the SoftPhone at the time.
Call History Integration
Missed calls are clearly highlighted in the Call History panel with a red indicator. Users can click the entry to return the call, complete missing information, or assign the interaction to the appropriate record.
