Unaric Voice automatically identifies inbound callers by matching the phone number to existing records in Salesforce.
Whether it's a lead, contact, or account, the system instantly surfaces the relevant information inside the SoftPhone.
If there's a single match, it’s displayed immediately. If multiple records are associated with the number, a selection list is shown for the agent to confirm. This real-time context ensures agents are never flying blind when the phone rings.
Resolve Duplicate Matches Easily
If an incoming number matches multiple records - such as a main office number stored across several contacts - Unaric Voice for Microsoft Teams displays a list of all matching records.
You can select the correct one in a single click, and the system assigns it automatically. This keeps data clean while still giving agents control in more complex scenarios.
The SoftPhone dynamically updates to show the chosen record’s details during the call.
Multi-Object Assignment
Beyond leads and contacts, calls can also be assigned to related records such as opportunities, cases, or even custom objects. While on a call, simply navigate to the additional object in Salesforce and click Assign.
Unaric Voice links the activity to both the contact and the additional object, ensuring comprehensive CRM tracking across sales and support pipelines.

Manual Control When Needed
While Smart Assignment works automatically in most cases, users can manually assign or reassign calls via the Assign button in the SoftPhone. You can also remove incorrect assignments with a click.
Visual indicators highlight when a record from a different account is selected, helping avoid misassignment.
