Voice for Microsoft Teams

Select Phone Lines in Salesforce

Choose which outbound line or caller ID to display, ideal for multi-brand or multi-department teams.

Choose the Right Outbound Line

The Unaric SoftPhone allows users to select which phone line to use when placing outbound calls. This enables teams to control which number is displayed to the recipient - for example, choosing between a direct extension, a company-wide number, or a queue number.

The feature is accessible directly from the CTI Data Connector SoftPhone, giving users the flexibility to switch lines based on customer, department, or campaign context.

Simplified Interface

If multiple lines are configured for a user, a picklist appears in the SoftPhone for easy selection.

If only one line is available, the picklist is hidden and the associated line is automatically applied, removing any extra steps for the user. This makes the experience intuitive, fast, and consistent, regardless of setup complexity.

Supports Multi-Brand and Queue Strategies

Line selection is ideal for organizations managing multiple brands, departments, or call queues, where different numbers must be shown depending on the audience.

Whether calling as “Support,” “Sales,” or on behalf of a regional office, users can easily select the correct identity - improving call acceptance rates and ensuring professional presentation every time.
