The Power Dialer in Unaric Voice for Microsoft Teams is designed for teams that need to reach large volumes of leads, contacts, or customers with speed and consistency.

Users can select from personal or group call campaigns, view a prioritized list of pending calls, and start dialing with a single click. The Power Dialer automatically manages who is called, when they are called, and what happens next - reducing manual work while improving follow-through.

Each campaign is organized into tabs: Group Call List, Personal Call List, Scheduled Calls, and Completed Calls.

In group campaigns, records are shared across users, and once a call is initiated by one person, it's removed from others' views to avoid duplication. Calls can be manually moved between lists or automatically scheduled for future follow-up.

The system updates in real time, keeping your call queue clean, current, and focused.

With built-in rescheduling tools, users can quickly postpone calls by selecting from a list of preset time intervals or using a calendar picker. Campaign members are then automatically moved to the Scheduled Calls tab and returned to the active queue when it's time to try again.

Admins can also define limits on how many times a contact can be called per day, helping maintain compliance and contact sensitivity.

Admins and users can create call campaigns using Salesforce views, Salesforce Campaigns, or the Data Import Wizard - supporting mass imports of up to 10,000 records.

Each campaign can include settings like call limits, result codes, and logout behavior to fit team workflows.

Every call is logged in Salesforce with detailed activity records, enabling complete visibility and robust reporting on campaign performance, agent activity, and engagement outcomes.
