Missed & Unanswered Logging in Salesforce
Track missed and busy calls automatically, with optional email notifications to agents.
Multi-Channel Call Alerts
When a call is missed, Unaric Voice for Microsoft Teams makes sure it's clearly signaled across multiple channels.
Agents see a notification in the Utility Bar via the missed call icon and can review all missed activity in the Call History List, where missed entries appear highlighted in red.
This visual feedback ensures users can quickly identify and return missed calls - reducing response time and preventing lost opportunities.
Auto-Logged as Activities
If configured, missed calls are automatically logged as Salesforce activities with the result “Missed Call.”
When a missed call matches a single contact, lead, or account, the activity is assigned to that record without manual input.
This ensures a consistent record of all missed interactions and enables team members to pick up the conversation with full context.
Optional Email Notifications
For added visibility, Unaric Voice for Microsoft Teams can be configured to send email notifications to the contact, lead, or account owner whenever a call is missed.
This enables faster handoffs and ensures key follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks - even if the user is away from their desk.
Notifications can be tailored to your internal workflow preferences or escalation policies.
Designed for Individual Routing
This feature is optimized for direct call routing.
In ring groups configured to alert all members simultaneously, each agent who doesn’t answer will see the call logged as missed. However, if another agent answers, those missed entries are updated to Missed but answered. This provides both accurate reporting on individual responsiveness and a clear indication that the call was ultimately handled, keeping activity data useful in shared team environments.
