The feature includes a ready-to-use Salesforce Flow template: “Send Email for Lost Call in Queue – Template.”

Administrators can clone, customize, and activate this flow to match their team’s process.

This includes setting email recipients, composing dynamic email content, and even linking directly to the related task in Salesforce. The setup is fast, flexible, and completely declarative, with no custom code required.

To enable this feature, admins activate the Save Lost Call in Queue setting and configure the provided flow in Salesforce Setup.

The flow can include custom task fields and be styled to your branding and tone. Once active, the system will automatically track and notify your team of queue drop-offs, ensuring no call—and no customer—is overlooked.
