This is ideal for internal, test, or personal calls, providing control without compromising data integrity. The feature is available on both desktop and mobile, giving consistent flexibility across platforms.

Detailed Call Records

Each logged call includes comprehensive metadata: who initiated the call, the exact start and end time, call direction (incoming, outgoing, or missed), and total duration.

Additional details are also captured, such as whether the call was transferred, which queue it came through, and if the call was part of a campaign the campaign name.

Calls appear in the Unaric Voice for Microsoft Teams call history and are synced to Salesforce, supporting robust reporting, activity tracking, and audit trails. For teams managing large call volumes, this level of detail helps maintain transparency, accountability, and accurate customer timelines.

Works Dilligently in the Background

Unaric Voice for Microsoft Teams tracks calls even when the app isn’t actively open.

If users switch tabs in Microsoft Teams or temporarily minimize the Unaric Voice add-in, the system continues logging the event. Missed or answered calls are synced to the call history and CRM, even if the app was inactive at the time. With a 24-hour history sync window, users can rely on Unaric Voice to maintain complete records - even if they’re multitasking or away from the screen.
