Agents can initiate calls from record detail pages, campaign member lists, or any area where supported phone fields appear. Once clicked, the number is passed to the softphone automatically and the call begins - streamlining outreach and improving speed to connect.
Prevents Duplicate Dials
To reduce accidental clicks, Unaric Voice includes a short cooldown: once a number is clicked, it can’t be clicked again for five seconds.
This prevents duplicate dialing and helps ensure agents stay in control of their call flow. Fax numbers are automatically excluded from click-to-dial, keeping the experience focused and efficient.
