The panel improves efficiency by centralizing call access, even for users working across multiple tabs or sessions.
Identify Incomplete Records
The Incomplete Documented Calls list helps maintain data quality by flagging recent calls that are missing required information, such as a call result or phone note.
This list is only visible in Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud Console. From this panel, users can quickly complete, edit, or delete call entries, ensuring accurate reporting, automation triggers, and audit trails.
