Systems like 3CX that store audio files on a local server can make these recordings accessible.

Recordings are securely moved to AWS, where transcription services can also be applied. This means each call task in Salesforce can include a link to the original audio file, along with an imported transcript of the conversation.

Admin Control

Permissions give admins fine-grained control: users may be restricted from seeing that a recording exists, allowed to view but not play it, or granted full access.

Enhance BI and Train Agentforce

With call transcripts available with some telephony providers, apply deeper analysis with AI - such as identifying trends, summarizing conversations, or highlighting key insights. Train AI agents with rich, one-to-one customer communcation information.
