Prerequisites and Considerations
To ensure recordings are captured, meetings must be scheduled in Outlook or Microsoft Teams with the location set as an online Teams meeting.
Additionally, the meeting organizer must be a Salesforce user with Unaric CTI setup. Channel meetings and some internal-only meetings are excluded by design.
Microsoft licensing and API access are required for recording capture, and usage is subject to Teams API limitations and billing terms.
