Unaric Meetings for Microsoft Teams automatically captures and syncs Teams meeting details directly into Salesforce, eliminating manual data entry.

As long as the meeting is scheduled in your Outlook or Microsoft Teams calendar and marked as an online Teams meeting, it will be logged in Salesforce after it ends.

Meeting records are created approximately 15 minutes after all participants have left. If transcriptions are enabled, Unaric Meetings will import them as soon as Microsoft makes them available via API.

Whether it’s internal or external, a single occurrence or part of a series, Unaric Meetings logs the relevant meeting data and creates a complete record in Salesforce.

Internal meetings are protocolled only if the organizer is a Salesforce user with Unaric Meetings integration.

Channel-based meetings or internal-only meetings (when configured not to be tracked) are excluded to reduce unnecessary data. External meetings are always captured, even if some details -like attendee lists or start times - are unavailable due to Microsoft Teams limitations.
