Print Equipment Labels from Salesforce Data

Quick Label Access
Users can generate printable equipment labels directly from the Equipment List View in Unaric Equipment Track.
After enabling the “Print Equipment Labels” button, users simply select the desired equipment records using checkboxes and initiate the label generation process.
This intuitive workflow eliminates the need for external systems and allows for instant labeling, helping teams stay organized and efficient on the shop floor or in the field.
Configurable Templates
System administrators can configure label layouts to meet operational needs.
Each label can display up to six data fields pulled from the Equipment object using either API field names (like SerialNumber or Model) or static custom text. Optional captions can be added to label fields for clarity, and the first line is automatically bolded for emphasis. This flexibility ensures labels are informative and easy to read at a glance.
Support for Standard Labels
Unaric Equipment Track supports printing on Avery 5162 (or equivalent) labels, with dimensions of 4” x 1 1/3”, arranged 2 across and 7 down per sheet.
Users can also export label data for integration with industrial labeling software, supporting high-volume production or specialized label materials.
Whether you need one label or hundreds, the system adapts to your process.
Simple Setup Process
Admins enable the Print Labels button in the Equipment object’s List View layout and then configure label settings via the Equipment Labels custom setting.
Each field and caption is fully customizable, making it simple to align label content with your operational standards. Once saved, the layout is ready for immediate use by end users.
