Simplify Loan Returns
Unaric Equipment Track makes it easy to complete the final stage of any equipment loan process. When an order includes borrowed items, the Return button becomes available, guiding users through a structured return workflow. This ensures accurate tracking of equipment status and simplifies loan management for your team.
Access the Return Workflow
Navigate to the Equipment Order tab and select the order with loaned items. The Return button will appear in the action bar when eligible. This context-sensitive feature ensures that the return process is only accessible when applicable, helping avoid confusion and unnecessary steps.
Set the Return Date
Once inside the return interface, you’ll choose a return date. The system defaults to today’s date, but you can select a different one if needed. The interface provides clear visibility into which items are available to return based on your chosen date, streamlining the decision-making process.
Review and Finalize
By default, all loaned equipment is selected for return. If you prefer to return only specific items, simply uncheck the boxes next to those you wish to exclude. After reviewing your selections, click the Return button to complete the process and update the system records accordingly.
