Teams Mobile Add-In

With the Teams Mobile Add-In for Unaric Voice, your business phone follows you. Whether you're in the field, commuting, or working remotely, you’ll get a full Unaric Voice for Microsoft Teams experience directly inside the Microsoft Teams mobile app.

When a call comes in, a dedicated Unaric Voice modal appears alongside the Teams call notification, showing the caller name or number and call type. You can answer or decline the call from either interface, helping you stay responsive and professional wherever you are.

Never lose call context again. The mobile add-in logs calls automatically to Salesforce, just like on desktop.

If you’d prefer not to log a call - for example, a personal or internal call - you can quickly opt out by checking “Do not log the Call in Salesforce” directly from the call screen.

This gives mobile users the same flexibility and control over call data as desktop users, maintaining CRM accuracy without extra steps.

The Unaric Voice for Microsoft teams mobile add-in gives you access to up to 200 recent calls, complete with contact names (when matched from Salesforce), timestamps, call direction icons, and durations.

Use the built-in search and filters to find calls by name or number, or switch between missed, incoming, and outgoing views. You can even redial contacts directly from the history list using the green call button - just like on desktop.

Even if the add-in is inactive - such as when switching between tabs or apps - Unaric Voice for Microsoft Teams continues tracking the call in the background. When you return, the current call status (ringing, active, on hold) is automatically restored.

And if the mobile add-in wasn’t open when the call occurred, it still syncs call data into your history. You can trust your call logs to stay complete and current, even when you’re multitasking on the move.
