By default, only Salesforce administrators have access to the prebuilt reports and dashboards. To extend access, simply assign the relevant permissions to users or profiles. This allows sales managers, team leads, and QA analysts to securely view the data they need - without exposing unrelated reports or sensitive metrics.

Calls Logged as Tasks

Every phone call made or received through Unaric Voice for Microsoft Teams is automatically logged as a Salesforce Task.

These entries include rich call metadata such as call type, duration, result, and timestamps - providing a complete audit trail for each interaction.

This structure ensures call data is fully integrated into your CRM and ready for use in reports, automation, and team performance analysis.

Customizable Metrics

Reports can be tailored using a wide range of available fields, including Call Type, Call Result, Start/End Time, Call Duration, Ring Time, Hold Time, and caller IDs.

Want to see unanswered calls, short-duration dials, or busiest hours? Just use the Tasks and Events report type with a filter on Task Subtype = Call. Reporting is flexible, powerful, and fully integrated with your existing CRM workflows.
