When a call is missed, it’s still recorded in Salesforce as a missed call activity, including the caller ID, timestamp, and call direction.

Works with Presence States
Even when calls aren’t delivered (e.g. during Do Not Disturb or Presenting), the system logs the attempt and surfaces it in your Call History within both the Unaric Voice for Microsoft Teams interface and Salesforce.
This enables easy triage and follow-up once you're available.
Logged Without Active Answering
Calls don’t need to be answered to be logged.
If the call is redirected, declined, or simply rings out, Unaric Voice for Microsoft Teams will still capture the details.
Even when the Unaric Voice for Microsoft Teams Add-In is inactive - such as when you’re away from your desk or logged out - missed calls are synced for up to 24 hours after server reset. This ensures complete call tracking across devices and sessions.
