Manage Equipment Requests on Salesforce
Unaric Equipment Track simplifies gear requests in Salesforce - letting teams request by type, fulfill with precision, and adapt seamlessly from reservation to return, all without chasing serial numbers.
Submit What You Need
It's easy to request equipment, without needing to specify a particular unit.
Sales reps and field teams can request items by type - like “Ultrasound Machine” - for demos or short-term needs. Requests include start and return dates, and can be linked to an account, contact, opportunity, or internal user.
Whether submitted individually or as part of a larger order, these requests help teams communicate their needs clearly and efficiently. Supporting fields like notes and tracking numbers ensure every detail is captured from the start.
Find the Right Unit
Once a request is submitted, the fulfillment team can locate and assign a specific piece of equipment that fits the criteria. Unaric Equipment Track surfaces available units using smart date-aware logic, filtering out any with active reservations or loans. With one click, the request is converted to a reservation.
Details like reservation name, margin padding, and tracking number can be reviewed or modified before finalizing.
From Request Through to Return
Approved requests follow a structured lifecycle. After being reserved, equipment can be converted into an active loan with just one action.
Shipment tracking, return dates, and additional notes are recorded automatically. When the item is returned, Unaric Equipment Track supports inspection workflows and updates records to reflect the return, ensuring traceability and accountability throughout the entire loan cycle.
If a reserved unit becomes unavailable - due to conflict, maintenance, or reassignment - Unaric Equipment Track makes it easy to unfulfill the request and select a different piece of equipment.
The Unfulfill workflow clears the reservation while keeping the original request intact, allowing fulfillment teams to respond quickly without data loss or duplicate entries.
